Shoulders seem to be that forgotten muscle group that many athlete's don't spend enought time developing. This shoulder program is where we add a full day to shoulder development. Shoulders need to be developed with patience and a little care as to avoid injury. Make sure that you warm up by stretching and using warm up sets proir to your working sets.

The deltoids are made up of three heads, each of which has a separate function.  Each one of the deltoid heads must be worked separately to ensure equal growth and symmetry while increasing strength.

f

Front Deltoid – The anterior heads make up the front third of your deltoid and are responsible for raising and lowering the arm. They also give you the ability move your arm forward and upward.

Side Deltoids – The medial heads make up the middle third of your deltoid and give you the ability move your arms to your sides.

Rear Deltoids - The posterior heads make up the rear third of the deltoids and give you the ability to move your arms backward or upward and backward.

Alternate each of the workouts below for 12 weeks. At the completion of you 12 week delt program simplify your workout with a very basic program for 8 weeks and then start it back up again. Your shoulders will grow. We guarantee it.
